Health and Social Care Assignment UNIT 2 - PRINCIPLES OF PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT ASSIGNMENT OVERVIEW In this assignment, you will investigate standards that influence adult social care practice. You will look at examples of these standards and how they affect the role of social care workers. Personal development and reflective practice are important for social care workers, and you will be completing tasks that cover these concepts. You will look at the different ways that this is done, how you can benefit from it and who will support you. TASKS There are three task to this assignment. When you think about the work that you do and ask yourself Could I have done it differently or better? you can improve the way you work or find out what you need to learn to make you a better worker.
